I would have no idea where to begin when renovating a house, but now I do!

Pros:

I would expect there to be a lot of arbitrage involved today on pricing, so I love that Homer is trying to change that.

Looked up the team. Great! Glad that they're already superstar architects and designers -- saves me the trouble of finding one myself. Looking forward and hoping to see more reviews of the first few units soon!

Good idea and solid team! Basically a no-brainer way to bring in passive income.
