My wife slowly went CRAZY when we started to look for a new apartment to rent. Craigslist, marketplace, property management websites - SO many listings all over the place. When I saw her with 50 tabs open, a piece of paper to keep track of who she had emailed (+ if they had even responded) and where things were at in the ordeal, I realized this was not good enough. A spreadsheet could do the trick, but this process should be fun and simple. SO, my goal was to make a webapp to... 1) Easily organize oneself in the home search process. 2) Make the process more fun and enjoyable via ratings systems, note taking, and more; in one central place. 3) Have other helpful tools accessible: email templates, custom note(s) fields, quick buttons to personal documents, etc. And ultimately: help people hunt for their new home!
