Histora

“Relive the history where it took place, immersively, through geolocation and augmented reality.” Histora is a mobile application, which was born as a final project of the Computer Engineering career, from the National University of La Matanza, Argentina. Histora allows you to know the history of Argentina through guided tours with geolocalizated checkpoints. In each of them the user will read and hear related information, while at each checkpoint end, you can view immersive content. The Augmented Reality Camera allows you to recognize objects and display old buildings, images, videos, 3D objects and interactive trivias. The application has been developed for educational purposes and is completely free. We invite all tourists who visit Argentina to use our app at the streets of Buenos Aires or at our university.
