HIIT Workout Tool: Simple & customizable tool for the best online HIIT workouts

G'day! Thanks for checking out the HIIT Tool! My friend, Sam, and I initially created this for the Sydney Fitness Project, a free fitness community that I run. When lockdowns forced us to go online, we pivoted to virtual HIIT workouts, but we found that the combo of showing a timer on the screen, sharing the exercises in Zoom chat, and demo-ing the exercises on video was a mess... so we developed this to streamline everything! We started getting requests from other trainers and workout groups to use the tool, so we developed a public version that can be customized and saved. Totally free to use. If you have any feedback or suggestions, we're all ears! Feel free to share with any trainers or groups who might find this tool helpful – we've found it's improved the quality of our workouts tremendously and we'd love to offer the same for others.
