I built this for me. I forget things. But now I have a family, and suddenly there's a hundred appointments, pickups, things that actually matter. I tried using my phone's reminders but it felt awkward and easy for me to ignore. I wanted something I'd actually use. Speak a reminder, get nudged later. - Notify on Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push & Cal Sync - Natural language communication to "Cal" the pocket companion Let my wife add stuff I'll forget. Hey everyone, Thanks a lot for taking the time to look at my project HeyForgetful! I created HeyForgetful as a way to help busy mums and forgetful dads... and realised that it might just appeal to people who need reminders! I spend most of my day coding, and often get trapped in the cycle of pushing real-life stuff back into the corner of my mind - this helps me with that. HeyForgetful allows you to say: "Pick up the kids at 3pm, let me know 20 minutes before and set it to schedule weekly!". Which just makes things simple... HeyForgetful understands days, times and recurring patterns. Why HeyForgetful beats Siri: - Get notified via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or push. Phone dead? You'll still get it. - Works everywhere - Android, iPhone, no phone at all. - Forward an email, get a reminder - See an email you need to act on? Forward it. Done. - Text to create - Already in WhatsApp or Messages? Just text your reminder. - Remind other people - Send reminders to family members, even if they're on Android. - No voice required - Works silently in meetings, on the train...anywhere - Syncs to any calendar - Google, Outlook, ICAL It does a lot of little things: - Notify on Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push & Calendar Sync (Google Calendar, Outlook & ICAL) - Natural language communication to "Cal" the pocket companion - Message Cal directly on WhatsApp and he will setup your reminder there (You can record voice memo's too!) - Download the Chrome Extension and create reminders directly from you browser - Recurring reminders for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly - Family plan to invite 5 people who you can sync reminders with - Timezone and location detection (Timezones can be tricky!) We only support English at the moment, but might consider multi-language support in the future. We are releasing shortly a Mr/Mrs.Forgetful which you can carry around in your pocket, which will buzz every time your reminder is due.
