No scheduler? Share availability without back-and-forth

Remember the last time you had to comb through your calendar, piece together availability, and type it out line by line? HereAreMyTimes is for the moments Calendly doesn’t cover, when the other person doesn’t have a scheduler. Select the calendars you want, and it automatically merges them, removes overlaps, and turns your real availability into copy-ready times. Why it stands out: multi-calendar merge, timezone-safe slots, and privacy-first processing (no event details stored).

I built HereAreMyTimes after one too many “Let me check my calendar…” moments that turned into 10 minutes of toggling between calendars, doing timezone math, and typing out options. Calendly-style links are great when everyone uses them, but a lot of real scheduling still happens in DMs, email, Slack, or with someone who won’t click a scheduler. So I wanted a faster middle path: select the calendars you want, automatically merge them, remove overlaps, and instantly get copy-ready availability. While building, the focus evolved from “generate some times” to “make it trustworthy.” That pushed features like multi-calendar merging, timezone-safe slots, and privacy-first processing (we don’t store event titles or attendee details). The goal is simple: share your real availability in seconds, without turning scheduling into a project.
