I survived a massive heart attack at 50. Physically I recovered, but the lingering anxiety, PTSD, and unanswered questions were overwhelming. I built Heart Restarted: a free web/mobile app where cardiac survivors connect, share stories, ask practical questions, swap tips, and prep for doctor visits.
