I find this very interesting because I have seen many companies using Whatsapp as a customer support channel, although is a direct communication between the customer and the company which doesn't seem to be the case here. I definitely see the added value, but I'm finding hard to get my head around on how you guys make money with this and how you sustain the growth of both your user base and your available company directory.

@whoisjuan Great points. Currently, we are only focusing on user growth using our own in house experts to answer questions. The answers come from a curated in house knowledge base, that is machine aided to automatically suggest answers depending on questions. Experts are contracted by us in India through an on demand per hour model. We are able to answer 95% questions within 4 minutes, so there's no real need for companies to officially have their staff present. Once user engagement and quality is established, we will open it up to companies to directly engage, and thus monetize.
