Hey Product Hunt! I built HanSense as a small language-learning probe for people who see Chinese names or brand translations and wonder: "why does it mean that?" You can try four modes: - Brand names, like BMW -> Baoma - Personal name suggestions, like Emily - Chinese words, like kaopu - Single characters, like ming Each result gives pinyin, literal meaning, character breakdown, cultural notes, a mini quiz and a shareable learning card. This first version is intentionally compact: no login, no paywall, just a fast way to explore the logic behind Chinese writing. I would love feedback on which mode feels most useful, and whether the explanations are clear enough for non-Chinese speakers.
