What makes you guys different than a regular call center? And where are your agents located?

FYI, phone number on your website goes to voicemail, and identifies the company as "Local Appliance Repair Company." Not a great look for an answering service

@mdavep most call centers are geared towards big corporations. Half Price Employee gives the same opportunity to businesses of all sizes. With us you don’t have to sign expensive contracts and you get the same quality of service. I have years of experience working in call centers for Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon and MCI (when they were still around ) so I have taken many of the things I learned and applied it to our employee training courses. This will assure our clients that the service they receive is up to par with the big name companies.

@mdavep thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. We are in the process of changing to a better phone system and it seems the transition was not as smooth as we had hoped. I can assure you our clients do not have this problem as they are on a total different system. Thanks again for the heads up!

Do I get to interview my employee to determine their command of language, fluency, ability to speak English, Spanish, etc. How are they onboarded?

@rmagrino our agents our Native English speakers so I can assure you the level of their fluency will meet your requirements. We also have agents who are fluent in both English and Spanish for your convenience.
