Your sleep is in one place, workouts in another, recovery somewhere else, and even when you have a lot of data, it still doesn’t really answer the simple question: how am I doing? That became the idea behind HAID. HAID brings together data from Apple Health, Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, and Health Connect into one place, then turns it into something more useful: clear insights, goals, streaks, challenges, and a more social experience. I wanted it to feel less like a strict coach and more like a companion that helps you reflect, stay motivated, and keep going at your own pace. One thing that mattered a lot while building this was tone. A lot of apps make people feel behind, guilty, or pressured. HAID tries to do the opposite. It’s designed to be supportive, flexible, and personal, with AI insights that adapt to different tones and a product experience that celebrates progress instead of punishing inconsistency. We’re still early, and that’s exactly why I wanted to launch here.
