What has been hotels reaction to this? Do they WANT it? Or are they happy with just having you call downstairs rather than text?

Voted up! Simply because I would think that this more trackable than calling downstairs. I'm not too familiar with the hotel industry, but I wouldn't be surprised if they want to leverage those datapoints. Are you experiencing the same or am I completely off by thinking that this would be the USP for hotels?
