La mejor aplicación para llevar un plan de ejercicios físicos en gimnasio o en casa. Intuitiva, diseño genial y más de 4000 ejercicios a elegir y combinar. Y además tiene algo excepcional, combina tipos de ejercicios y nutrición necesaria. Te dice los alimentos, calorías, proteínas, etc. a reponer, con una variada y perfecta alimentación.
