Thanks for checking out GrowNotes! GrowNotes exists to solve a problem specifically for myself and will be curious to see if it could help others as well. I am notoriously bad at keeping notes on my garden and part of the problem was that I didn't have an organized system for doing so. GrowNotes lets you add plants from your garden or even house plants. (To clarify - each plant is a plant variety such as Sungold Tomatoes and can contain any number of individual plants.) Once you add a plant you can add journal entries for that plant that can include a category (such as harvesting), notes and a photo. You can be as detailed as you want with this entry or you can even leave the notes blank just to log the date you harvested. All your entries for this plant can easily be found and referenced for future plant care. Oh so this is just a notes app...? Well yes and no. This is the MVP and while there is nothing groundbreaking yet I have a solid plan to bring premium features that will level up your garden productivity. The free features alone allow growers to track their plants in a more simplified and organized way. I am seeking a partner for promoting the app via social media and that would be excited to bring ideas and opinions to the table. GrowNotes is live on the AppStore today and launching soon on Android. GrowNotes is currently free with premium/paid features coming soon!

Great to see GrowNotes launch, @nick_schaefer! This app addresses a common pain point for gardeners like myself who struggle with organization. The ability to log plant entries with notes and photos sounds super helpful! 🌱 I really appreciate that you're starting with an MVP and have plans for premium features down the line—that could really enhance the user experience. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves and hopefully it gains traction in the gardening community. Upvoted for sure!
