Saw these guys pitch yesterday in Palo Alto. Cool concept, about to launch on iOS. They claim they're going to be Youtube for mobile :P
For me this space seems really interesting, Snapchat's Our Stories is quite similar, but I think these guys have a unique take on how they position themselves in social event video sharing.
