We have a vision for people to be able to walk into any business globally and expect a certain level of service, without accepting mediocrity. We shouldn’t hear “no we can’t do this”; but instead we should hear “let’s see if we can arrange this for you”. Customer experiences should be magical and wow them!
I'm not very tech savvy but this feedback tool is so user-friendly that I've been able to do everything I need to quickly and simply. I love that I have my customer's opinions right at my fingertips, it's made it much clearer what I need to do to improve their experiences. My favourite feature is the option to invite high-scoring customers to share their experience on social media. Couldn't believe how quickly I started to see an improvement in my score after to paying attention to the feedback!
Pros:Smart piece of kit, super easy to use and already seeing an improvement in my NPS
Cons:Nothing I've come across yet!
Now I'm seeing the impact this has on my business (in a good way), I can't imagine not utilising this tool!
Pros:Very useful software! Easy way to amplify positive sentiments from my customers and manage the bad and it's free.
Cons:Only one method of upload, always good to have options.
Would definitely recommend

GroHawk is an easy to use platform that is easily taught to anyone and is a great tool for monitoring customer satisfaction. It's use as a mobile app is very convenient and the review system is unlike anything I've seen. Highly recommend, 10/10
