The follow-up gap after events is real — you collect 30 cards, get back to the office, and half of them already lost context. The WhatsApp scan workflow sounds practical for speed. But when you're managing contacts across a team, not just solo, how does GRID handle shared visibility? Can multiple people on a BD team see the same contact with their own notes, or is it individual only?
@klara_minarikova So there is a dedicated team portal which can help you manage all the leads as well you can interact and mark followups and comments as well among team as well tag them for reminders and meetings scheduled.
