As i can check from the profile that this app is listed on Google Workspace also https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/grncrm/858096299511 , hence if this is approved by google which means this app is safer and reliable there is no or negligible chance of failure, we can trust on this app

Can we push updates back to Google Sheets or Forms?

Can we track lead source and campaign at the contact level?

Yes its clearly mentioned on the UI.

What native reports and dashboards are available out of the box?
