GongU

I developed GongU during my time as a student, when roommates changed every semester — sometimes even every few months — and coordinating chores or shared supplies via group chats was chaotic. As an introvert, I wanted an easy way to communicate that didn't require everyone's phone number or social accounts, where important messages wouldn't get lost. So, I created GongU as a simple shared 'sticky note wall' for one household — post a note or a comment and keep everything in one place. For this launch, I trimmed down the features, focusing on fast onboarding and a mobile-first experience. Then I shipped small changes based on real user feedback from early testers.
