@fotoflo Thanks for asking this question! You're absolutely right. REAL personalization is the core of our service. We're tired of the old type of gift personalization where people just put receivers' names on mugs and t-shirts. Sending individually-tailored gifts means we generate unique gifts for each of your gift receivers. That way, everyone can get a gift they actually want and need. Of course, product personalization, such as putting your name on a cutting board, is included too!

We collect products with high quality and reasonable pricing in the marketplaces and put them in our product pool, which has 3 million+ products currently, and your recipients will get 5 gifts to choose from, recommended by our AI based on their personal preferences in a short questionnaire. If they don't like the gifts, they can go on to our product pool with the budget you provide and select gifts of their own choice. Or they can also donate the gifting budget to charities they love. Hope this answers your concerns!

I can already think of people of different job positions using this platform! ?makers I’m wondering what data Giftpack asks gifting event organizers to provide in order to decide gift options or suggestions. Would you mind giving some examples?

@ymayho Thanks for commenting! We simply ask you the first, and last name, email or phone numbers to kick off! On the platform, we provide data like which phase your gifts is in (email sent, gift accepted, shipping, received, etc.). We also generate ROI stats for you to measure if your budget was well spent on your employees or any other business relationships!

@archerwindy Thanks for answering! First/last name, contact info are the info of the event organizer. What about the gift recipient? What data does Giftpack ask the event organizer to provide about the gift recipient to decide the right option(s)?

@ymayho 100%! We have 3 phases to identify the final gift recommendation: 1. Social and Public profiles to retrieve the keywords that matches to the gifting scenario. 2. Cultural rules with region databases. e.g. Package ribbon should be in yellow when you send gifts to a Japanese boss. 3. Statistical data. e.g. 82% of the busy workers like me love practical gifts. So don't send me flowers (jk). I hope this helps!
