Genchi shows engineering leaders a prediction of which projects are heading for a missed deadline and which aren't, from the people doing the work. This prediction comes from their anonymous, one-click confidence vote in response to a regular, automated Slack prompt. Those votes are combined by project into a single score, tracked over time, so leaders can spot projects in trouble sooner and step in where needed, and, more importantly, know which teams to leave alone.

We've rebuilt it from the ground up. Team members vote with one anonymous click in Slack. Leaders see a combined score for every and trend in one portfolio view, so they know where to step in and which teams to leave alone.
Genchi works with Jira and Asana. You can see your live portfolio inside Claude, ChatGPT and Grok.

This is a huge upgrade over the last version I saw. The MCP connector is the big win. Now I can use Claude to mine the Genchi data and integrate it with my other decision-making.

This is great. I’m sure the team is fed up with the “How’s it going” round of conversations each week. I know I am. It’ll be great to simply automate that and track the results over time.
@cammie_doder Thanks Cammie. I'm on a mission to "Kill" Status Reports. Its a time sucking chore for most people and just not that accurate. We can have a much lighter and more accurate process. I'm surprised someone hasn't figured this out already.

@st1ck3r Thanks Chris. Glad you find it useful. You know we were going to call the company "Stipple" after the style of art, where close up you only see individual dots, but when you zoom out you see a really clear picture. Unfortunately the domain was already gone!
Rowland, an anonymous confidence vote gives the team a small way to flag a worry before it turns into a missed deadline. Keeping the trend by project should make those changes easier to spot. Congrats on the rebuild!
@oleksii_sekundant Thanks Oleksii. We really wanted to find a way to make it easy to get a recurring signal from the team, that'd actually be useful in helping to spot or ameliorate problems.
