Absolute junk company, delivered climate controlled probiotics in the heat which were supposed to be cool, thrown in the garbage. Support is non existent. I hope this company goes out of business and gets shut down.

Had one interaction. Ecommerce site was OK. But they shipped me the wrong product. Online help/returns was not good. Then they commited cardinal sin of not providing online account deletion.

Fullscript is both a product for physician practices and for consumers who are their patients. It’s a pretty slick operation that is useful for both parties. The pricing and selection that patients get and the cut that practices get will vary the experience. And this is in the control of each practice. The practice can take a cut of up to about 30% but if it takes no cut the customers get an additional 10% less than they otherwise would. The practice can choose to list just the products that they endorse, recommend a specific list of products, and/or make the entire catalog available. It’s extremely useful with patients who are indecisive. They also offer quarterly sales that are not to be missed. One annoying anti- feature is that they make returns difficult. If you try and make a return while logged in (and thus they know your name and address and phone number, etc.), you are sent to a long blank form to complete. and auto completion tools are even blocked.

It's a company connected to doctors pushing unnecessary supplements on you. All this information was verified by my other doctors i switch too saying the same. Scam in other words and i would stay away from buying any products by this company. Never buy a product especially if your doctor advise you to buy it from this specific company.

Make sure you order 2-3 weeks before needing supplement in hand, regardless of paying for delivery to shorten shipping period. They are slow to fill the orders, and it takes quite a bit of time to receive the product to your home (or business). It's possible they create the shipping label but take too long to actually deliver the product to the shipping facility. I would not freely chose this company for my supplements but this is the site my dr uses to get what she prescribes to me.
