These guys are pretty awesome if you are doing PHP dev. We are Fortrabbit customers for over a year now, our REST APIs for upcoming projects are built with Symfony2. Highly recommend to check them out. @o_stark & @ukautz are super helpful, tackling my dumb support requests in a rapid & elaborate manner :)

I'm Oliver Stark, co-founder of fortrabbit. Every support request helps us to understand the needs of our customers better. So don't stop asking. @nikitakorotaev Earlier this week we talked about PH and today one of our customers (you) pushes us to the front page. This is awesome.

@o_stark — Does Fortrabbit offer AWS RDS instances with provisioned IOPS? Also, what value does Fortrabbit add that AWS's Elastic Beanstalk does not?

@muldster RDS: at the moment there is no option provisioned IOPS. Elastic Beanstalk is a toolset to manage your instances at AWS. fortrabbit is a kind of abstraction layer on top of AWS. You don't have to care about instances, deployment, monitoring and last but not least maintenance.
