Hello, Product Hunt, Today I am delighted to announce the launch of FoodSheet, a dietary database catering to food stores in the United Kingdom. We have all had a case where ourselves, or those with us, have gone to a restaurant and been unsure over what to eat. This could have been due to taste, dietary requirements or personal convictions. I have been in this situation many times. As a result, one often leaves feeling somewhat disappointed with the experience, regretful of the place they chose or for having settled for a suboptimal dining option. Often we spend precious extra time looking a place that offers something acceptable for our own tastebuds. FoodSheet aims to challenge these issues. The application supplies an integrated database of food and drink options that are acceptable under various dietary regimens. The vegan and teetotal options are available under a free plan. The gluten-free database demands a freemium subscription (of only £15 per month). Please write via chat for this as payment systems are still being finalised. Please note that this database only covers the United Kingdom. We also cannot accept liability for the ingredients used in a particular recipe. We do not work directly with the restaurants listed and culinary staff often deviate from the recipe while preparing food and drink. More shall be elaborated on the FoodSheet website.
