Okay, this was was built to scratch our own itch! Between email, calendar, docs, slack, our project management system, trello, etc, there are so many places to keep track of what people have asked us for, we found ourselves dropping the ball. FollowUp helps us ensure that we've never missed an important request - it knows who in my network is important based on how often I've interacted with them, and extracts requests. I can't tell you the number of times I've gotten FollowUp's daily wrapup email and realized I forgot to respond to something! It keeps saving my butt, lol! The best part of using FollowUp is taking 2 min and clearing out the list. A cleared list in FollowUp means that I've been addressing incoming requests.
