Been writing code since I was 11, started with PHP back when that was the thing to do. Did the whole journey - backend, frontend, the JavaScript explosion, all of it. Always
told myself I'd try native mobile development at some point but never actually did.
Got diagnosed with ADD a while back and suddenly a lot of things made sense. One thing that kept frustrating me was forgetting to take my meds, or not remembering if I
already took them. Tried a bunch of apps but they were either generic pill trackers or way too complicated.
So I figured, why not build something myself. Picked up SwiftUI and after mass of evenings and weekends I actually managed to ship it. It's called FocusDose - tracks my
medication, reminds me when to take it, and lets me log how I'm feeling throughout the day so I can actually see patterns. Can even generate reports to bring to my doctor.
Genuinely surprised I finished it. The graveyard of abandoned side projects on my machine is embarrassing at this point. But this one made it to the App Store somehow.
