Fluent 2.0

I learned German by moving to Germany. Immersion is always the best way to learn a language. When I came back to practice I tried some lesson based apps. The problem was that I always have to take time out of my day to practice. That was time I couldn’t be doing anything else. When I was in germany I practiced every day all day just living life. When I heard that fluent is language learning embedded into the wer browser I already use every day I said “Bingo, that is what I want, immersion in something I am already doing.” Now I can practice and take short quizzes while inside stuff I am preset doing. I practice now 10x than when I was using the other apps. Thanks Fluent!

Fun tool to have on during the workday to learn new words! I keep it on 99% of the time & it's easy to turn off if you're not feeling it.

Fluent is such an awesome and exciting tool for learning languages! I used to study Romance languages (Spanish, Italian) in college and sometimes it was a pain finding time to practice and study. With Fluent, it integrates into my daily workflow and I learn without thinking too much! I signed up recently and was able to get access to the beta for Italian by sharing my link on social media. I'm super impressed with the product so far and can't wait to keep improving my Italian. Go check it out yourself!

The notion of being able to indirectly learn something like a language without a heavy conscious attempt just feels really futuristic! Congrats Ara, Gavin, and team for pioneering something truly incredibly!
