Loved his TED Talk on this, does the book provide more insights?
@ryanshook I believe that it does. He really elaborates into many ways to find your own flow state, as well as goes into some of the psychological and physical benefits of doing so, as well as historical examples (i.e. yoga and martial arts).
This book has informed so much of my life since reading. I now actively seek out challenges that are at my skill level in order to achieve flow states. I've found this to be very easy to achieve in SoulCycle and yoga classes, as well as while reading complicated text or writing essays. I'm a huge fan of Mihaly and HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
