We believe there are 3 core issues with being motivated when building habits: - being too ambitious in the very start when trying to form 1) too many habits at once 2) starting with quite difficult habits - having no rest day (when you can simply take rest and whatever you want) - forming habits without fully understand the reason why you'd like one or another habit. In Flouris we keen on killing all of them! - depending on your goal we suggest an appropriate list of habits, suitable for this goal - this list contains just a few simple habits with a reachable target. (e.g. not 8000 steps/day, but 3000 to start with). We provide goal & habit levels so that you feel the challenge, appropriate to you. So that the stronger you are - the greater your targets! - and finally, we have rest days. you can complete nothing this day, but you'll never lose the progress made! Of course, there are more&more ideas to be added to Flouris, but let's keep it a secret :)
