Flight Impact

hey y'all! I used to travel a lot for conferences, probably 8 - 12 times per year since 2016. Recently I've begun thinking about the impact that these big events have on the environment, especially when so many speakers / attendees are flown in from international locations. I created Flight Impact as a way of educating ourselves about the impact that our travel has on the environment. Whilst there are plenty of carbon offsetting tools available - Flight Impact aims to compare these emissions with other sources of emissions that we are more familiar with. With this information we'll be able to make more informed decisions about how and when we travel. This is only a super simple MVP of Flight Impact - so I'd love to know what you'd find useful for future versions!
