Our Founder, Joel has been in a league with the same guys for over 15 years, and one day after speaking with a league mate he expressed his frustration with the format and how he felt bored. Right then and there Flex was born, helping to give new life to rosters that people spend so much time working on. Flex Fantasy allows you to take the rosters you have locked inside of your league, the rosters you spend a ton of time prepping for, and actually use them. You can challenge and compete with friends, family members, or anyone in the fantasy community from different leagues. Flex allows you to compete for money or bragging rights...the choice is yours! Now instead of waiting all season long to see if you win you can start making money on your roster every single week and play in new formats like "best Ball" to keep the experience interesting. Flex Fantasy allows you to challenge and compete on a weekly basis for money or bragging rights. Create as many challenges as you'd like with the same team weekly. Before Flex, there was no way to play anyone that was not in your league without starting a new one, which takes 10-14 people, time, research, investment, etc. You were also limited to the format in which you can play. Daily fantasy allows people to play weekly but you need to compete against sharks, and algorithms and draft new teams every week which requires a ton of work.
