Thanks for putting this all together! Really curious why it's grouped by Country, Alphabetically. I started scanning the list, then when I noticed the Australia section I realized everything I had seen was just from Argentina. I feel like while sorting by country could be useful, it shouldn't matter as much as the high-level categories (default could be startups from all countries by category).

A useful medium post that could serve as a great piece of content would be a how to guide of how you put databases like this together.
