FindMyMasjid

The idea came from a simple frustration: every time I traveled, finding a mosque or halal food meant juggling multiple apps and sources. At home, I'd miss community events because they were scattered across different platforms. We built FindMyMasjid to centralize this experience. The biggest challenge was balancing comprehensive data coverage with user simplicity. We didn't want to build another cluttered directory. The Events Feed became a core feature once we realized that even locals struggle to stay connected with their own communities. We added user-submitted events with moderation to keep quality high. We're live on Android now (iOS coming soon). Would love feedback from the community on what's working and what we can improve.
