The most interesting thing about this app launch are the requirements: Upgrading to the latest iOS or iPadOS is recommended * Requires iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max ** Requires Final Cut Pro for iPad subscription *** Focus peaking and overexposure indicators require iPhone or iPad models with A13 Bionic chip or later

@chrismessina At least apple didn't Sherlock anyone. Unless they give it away for free at some point 😅

Neat design 🤌

Interesting, another video app. I've just downloaded to compare with the Black Magic app and Kino. Doesn't look like this one can capture RAW footage for later treatment though, which both of the others can capture. I'm interested to see Apple's focus peaking.

The Final Cut Camera app seems to be a powerful tool for video production with its pro controls and customization options. How do you see these requirements impacting the user base of the Final Cut Camera app? Will more compatible devices be added in the future?

How did it reach the #5 position in Photo & Video in such a short time?

It would be interesting if/when they blend it with Sora from OpenAI
