While helping clients integrate with Colombia’s DIAN system for e-invoicing and payroll, I realized how painful and repetitive the process was — generating XML, applying digital signatures, validating against XSDs, and sending to DIAN’s services. Every new client faced the same technical chaos. I wanted to make DIAN integration as simple as calling an API. Developers should focus on their product — not the bureaucracy of tax compliance. What started as a set of internal scripts became a full API platform with secure onboarding, sandbox testing, and usage-based billing. I’ve worked closely with early users to refine error handling, schema validation, and digital signing to make the experience truly developer-friendly.
