I'm Shubham Bhatt, the maker of Fetch Jobs. The Problem: As a developer in India, I realized that some of the best hiring happens in community channels (Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Discord), but finding them is a nightmare. You have to scroll through thousands of messages, spam, and irrelevant chatter just to find one good link. The Solution: I built Fetch Jobs to automate this. I wrote a Python engine that listens to these channels and uses Google's Gemini AI to read, parse, and structure every message. What it does: AI Curation: Automatically detects if a message is a real job post. Noise Reduction: Filters out spam, promotions, and non-dev roles.
