    Pros:

Friendly and easy to use, no hidden fees.

    Cons:

It spoils me, I wish everything were this easy and friendly.

I don't use fax much, but when I do, FaxSalad is great!!!

Thanks for sharing, @marklandoconnell :) Do you have a rough idea of how many people still use fax in 2018 🤔

@amrith @dredurr @askdaylen it seems so strange right? The medical industry is still big one, in various countries. Legal and government too. Here's the crazy one - Japan has a love affair with faxes and they are still very common!!!!

@marklandoconnell Do you store a copy of the faxes on your servers?

Hi @askdaylen - yes, we retain faxes for 3 months.

@marklandoconnell Isn't the reason why the healthcare and legal industry still use fax because it isn't vulnerable to hacking, like with email?

Hey @askdaylen, apologies on the late reply. Yep that is correct, faxing isn't as vulnerable to hacking as say email is.

Faxing? I didn’t know people still did that. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Just like Deandre and Amrith stated, who still faxes? In Vancouver, they still fax medical records between doctor’s offices, but that is all I can think of.

Does not let me send a file taken from iPhone. Also not allowing png files. Says invalid file type.

Hey @rmagrino we currently only support sending PDF documents. Support for png, jpg and tiff will be available in the next few weeks.

Hey @rmagrino, just an update - we have released the support for PNG and JPG faxing. Would love to see you give FaxSalad another shot!

Just used this after a rough go with FaxRobot. Awesome, simple, has the appearance of a more secure platform. Checking the status of faxes was easy too - and essential.
