For those starting with keto and fasting, it can be daunting. There’s no clear starting point to understand how and why it works… So we built Fat Thin, a fun step-by-step guide that gets you into the keto and fasting lifestyle in bite-sized lessons. It’s split into 20, with little tasks you must complete before you can move on to the next one. If you’re still hungry for more, each lesson has links to additional research, videos, and other goodies. It’s free, and we plan to monetize via affiliate links to products that we’ve tested ourselves and know will benefit you in your journey. Fat Thin is the first of many fun keto + fasting tools in our pipeline. I will be here all day to answer questions.
