Our Core belief - People are More than Resume & College Degree. From education to job hunting. Everyone is treated as just another profile on the piece of paper analyzed by AI tools for keywords. Early in career, it’s way too easy to end up on a recruitment brick wall that seals you into a job so tight if you try to move out of that job track later in life, and suddenly you’re on your own, with no support network or resources for making a career change. FameFlock rejects traditional metrics like major, GPA, and past titles to help candidates get past the resume screen and land jobs based on their skill set. This is going to be a free platform run on donations and community support. As we aim to keep it completely unbiased - "For the Creators by the Creators"
