@jonatisokon hey @jonatisokon! What inspired you for the idea? Any apps or combination of app use cases that led you to this format? It's really fun to use :)
@nivo0o0 Hey Niv, the initial inspiration for #FaceParty was taking a photo booth style experience to the next level with video. We built a quick prototype over a weekend, showed it around to friends, and saw a lot of excitement when people used it. So, we redesigned and rebuilt it to be even more fun, and have seen a bunch of very cool and novel uses to create really fun videos/gifs.
@dantynerbryan@jonatisokon We knew were were on the right track with the prototype when we posted a couple of them and they had more likes on them than anything we'd ever posted.
If you've been following me on Twitter you have have noticed an influx of square videos/GIFs this past week. I've been lucky enough to play with the beta, and it's awesome. #FaceParty is opens up so many creative ways to use looping video, it's as simple as shooting 4 separate ~3-second clips and sharing one awesome video/GIF collage with just a tap.

Addicted to #FaceParty! Great app with simple UX. I like the hold feature. I would do something to make flipping the camera easier/faster. Check out snapchat where its the back camera when you scroll your finger upward and its the front camera when you scroll your finger downward. Great product! Looking forward to making a ton of #FaceParties!
I think this idea + oneminuteapp = greater concept. We would have gif from different time of the day... But I like the general idea of having four gif in a single one. But, from the example, the images looks like each other because the time in between are no long enough. It's like taking 4 pictures in a row. Hope to see them grow and see what people will create.
