This podcast is long, but there are some interesting gems. The first 5 minutes you can skip. And one thing to realize before listening, this is about the customer user experience very broadly (e.g. water in an uber vs. specific user flows in an app). The TL;DR (which I guess is TL;DL for podcasts 😉) is that the most important thing you should do is to think about and push for fantastic user experience, in all aspects of a product / business.
