I built the Expense Matrix Splitter because I was frustrated with how most expense apps fragment the data. You usually have to click through multiple screens just to see who owes what, losing the "big picture" in the process.
I wanted everything centralized in one structured, powerful table. While 'simple' apps are great for a coffee run, they often fail when things get complicated, like needing a precise percentage split for one bill, but a fixed dollar-amount split for the next. This app handles those edge cases with ease while keeping the workflow intuitive.
I’m also a big believer in the Local-First movement. Most tools demand your email and your data before you can even begin. This tool wants neither.
