Would you recommend this product?

The solution I needed was probably complex but understanding the problem was not. After an hour the 'expert' still did not understand the problem let alone have a solution. So this was a serious waste of my time. I fell this would not have happened if we could speak to each other.

Also the sound notification using Apple and Chrome doesn't work meaning it's hard to work on other tasks while waiting for the response.

I'm, sure I would recommend this if these significant issues could be fixed.

Pros:

Great concept, potentially really useful resource, I hope it works

Cons:

After 1 hour the 'Expert' didn't understand the problem. V frustrating. Think they would have understood in minutes if we could speak.

Oh no, Harry. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. We get typically great comments but sometimes that also happens, unfortunately. We are still in beta and keep improving every day with the hope to bring the number of these hiccups to zero pretty soon. In any case, I would like to thank you for your feedback and I would like to invite you to use the product one more time. Please email me at Sheets@gotitapp.co and I will grant you a free session. Thank you! Giacomo

Just like Harry Lopes the expert couldn't solve my issue after a good 45 min. But I got on a call with someone else and told me to go to their concierge service. Within 5 minutes (I am not exaggerating) I had my answer. Yes, it took long at first but had I not persisted I woulve spent a whole half day of work trying to figure out my stuff.

Pros:

Concierge help

Cons:

Can take long sometimes

i had a chat with 4 different people and nobody could understand my problem, i wasted 2 hours, i might as well look for solutions on Youtube, Anyone with issues that aren't major please check for solutions on youtube, if its major issue don't ever, i repeat, ever, ever, ever come to these guys ever again, waste of money and time. One guy just disappeared because he couldn't solve my issue.

Pros:

Can't think of any

Cons:

Everything, They take 45 mins to understand the issue and then chat ends you ought to explain it to next person again

I feel that offering a 15 minute free trial of this product then spending 5 minutes of this task going through standard AI generated questions is poorly thought out. By the time that I had connected to an expert, explained my problem, shown them the spreadsheet by attaching it and confirming their questions, the only responses I got were: "Why use this function when a different function is better?" and "Oh that's clever!" before the 15 minute trial finished. Also the system doe not provide any notifications on when the expert has responded so you have to spend all your time focused on that one screen. Pros: Interesting concept which is much better than the standard "Post to a Forum and Hope" method Cons: 15 minutes is too short for a free trial. Nearly a third of that time is taken asking questions that could have been asked before, It also felt that since we had not made any progress and had 30 seconds left of the trial that the expert was just killing the time to make me pay for an hour's session.
At first, the person who helped me was really polite and helpful. They give you the feeling they will solve the issue. They mention that I do not need to worry about the 15 min free trial. It will take a little longer but I will be able to see the answer after that, I just won't be able to answer towards him. During he's busy, you can see his answers so if I would have checked every answer directly my problem would have been solved. As they directly remove everything after they are done with helping my problem wasn't solved => because then you need to pay. So it was just a waste of time. If it will need to be paid, communicate about it from the beginning. Poor way of working.
when i got my expert, i told him/her my problem in more detail, and then she just stopped responding
