Would love to see it pull in customer communication history from Shopify and include it in the packet, since that back and forth often makes or wins a dispute for me.
@remziye6uti This is one of the best pieces of evidence you can include — a paper trail showing the customer was informed, responded to, and still filed anyway. You're right that it often makes the difference.
Currently, order notes from Shopify are already pulled into the packet automatically. For full email threads though, Shopify's API doesn't expose message history directly (it depends on which helpdesk you use), so there's no clean universal way to pull it in yet.
The fastest fix I can ship is a "Customer Communication" section in the case builder where you paste in the email thread — it gets formatted and included in the PDF as its own section. That covers everyone regardless of whether you use Gmail, Gorgias, Zendesk, or anything else. Shopify Inbox integration (for merchants who use it) would come after that.
Adding this to the roadmap now — thanks for the concrete use case, it helps prioritize.
