Thoughtly is releasing their first major update to Ellipse: AI for Research! It's a sweet tool that allows anyone to Analyze, Visualize and Summarize thousands of pages of sources at once. Ellipse 2.0 uses artificial intelligence and an intuitive UI to enable you to navigate and explore otherwise unknown text and sources in real time. I've heard lots of good things about Ellipse and am personally enjoying it. Now they are finally offering free trial accounts - so everyone can test it out. The core updates include PDF analysis, multivariable search and a gorgeous new UI! :) Congrats to the team for releasing 2.0!
@adamkornfield Hi Adam! Thanks for posting Ellipse 2.0. We are amped to show the progress we've made to the community! PH users feedback and analysis was critical to our growth and development. We can't wait to see what everyone thinks about the updates! Please let me know if you there are any questions, I'll be happy to answer them. Thanks again!
Very exited to try this out! Going to be very useful for my research papers next semester
@leachy114 Awesome, we can't wait to learn how you use Ellipse. Feel free to ping me if you have any specific questions or just want to chat about using it! Thanks Christopher. :)
Thoughtly's text parsing is top notch, even from documents with heavy visuals. This would have been a godsend when I was doing economic research before I started @hitlist_app.
@gillianim Thanks Gillian! One of our main goals is that students take a new approach to studying and are less intimidated with scholarship/academic resources.
Signed up and loved the UI straight away. I'm not a student, but I'm trying to figure out how I can use it :)
