Build workouts from the equipment you own (AMRAP or rounds, a demo for every move), log food from 6,300 foods, track weight, sleep and HRV. A coach mode lets a personal trainer assign workouts and meal plans and see what was actually done. The Garmin app puts today's plan on your watch and saves it with a lap per exercise. Data is encrypted in your browser before it syncs. Free, no ads.

the "data encrypted in the browser, server can't read it" plus coach mode combo is an interesting tension though - if a PT is supposed to see what their client actually ate and how the workout went, doesn't client-side encryption mean the coach needs some kind of shared key or access grant from the client? genuinely asking because I'd want that model for Dial's call transcripts too (customer-side encryption so we can't read it, but still let the business owner see their own data) and I haven't found a clean way to do both without the server holding a key somewhere anyway
@galdayan valid point and good question(s)
what you share with the coach gets decrypted so he can see it. it's in the policy.
I have an idea how to solve this, but haven't found the time to implement this. i'm looking at something along the line how the watch and the app exchange the data (token).
because for my case, it could be a bit of an overkill (depends on the angle you're viewing this). but if i decide to share something with you, why would i want it to be encrypted. you'll have to see it anyhow. but at the same time, yes, privacy over anything...
but if you plan to steal my workouts, meals... :) feel free... pictures are something else, i would agree. but that's why i built per picture setting to share and stop sharing.
