@rrhoover Thanks so much for hunting me and writing a foreword for the book πŸ˜„ I've heard so many incredible women tell me they want to work in tech startups but "aren't techie" so don't apply for any roles at all. That needs to stop. Tech, like any other industry, needs all sorts of people to do a range of roles. This book shares my story of working in tech as an economics grad along with the strategies I've used to land jobs at amazing tech companies like Amazon and Product Hunt. The tactics in this book have been tried and tested in Hustle Crew workshops and have helped hundreds of people land promotions, better jobs, and better compensation. Download the sample chapters and let me know what you think πŸ“šπŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ’»βœ¨ #DreamBigHustleHard

@abadesi this is awesome. I was a lawyer in my past life who daydreamed about tech but didn't consider a future in it because I wasn't "techie." 4 years later, I have a startup. Thanks for this, I'm sure it will inspire many more and help to establish the much needed equality in tech.

Today London-based @abadesi (a recent addition to the Product Hunt team) launched a book she's been working on for months, informed by her experience building Hustle Crew, a community supporting women in tech. I know how difficult it is to write a book so major congrats, Aba, and thanks for allowing me to write the foreword. 😊

@aaronoleary Thanks for the positive energy as always, so excited about our tech inclusion project 😸
Love the combo of real life examples contextualized alongside discussion activities. I'm in the process of ordering some extra copies to pass out to mentees, as I think this book has a lot of value for women working together towards set goals in the tech industry.
