Lock decisions before work begins

Most scope creep happens because decisions are made in conversation and never frozen. Draftpile fixes that. Log a change, send an approval link, and lock the decision as final. No PM overhead, no legal friction. Just a simple system that turns “approved” into something that actually holds.

We built Draftpile after too many projects blew up over “we already agreed on this.” The pattern was always the same. Decisions happened in calls, Slack, or threads, felt final in the moment, then quietly reopened weeks later. No bad intent. Just memory drift. We tried contracts, PM tools, longer docs. All too heavy for what was really a small problem: approvals were never recorded as decisions. Draftpile is a simple decision ledger. Log a change, send an approval link, lock it as final before work continues. Curious how others here deal with freezing decisions without adding process overhead. Happy to answer questions.
