Discord Tickets is an open-source Discord bot for creating and managing ticket channels. I originally created it in 2019 because someone else was making a ticket bot and I wanted to prove to myself that I could make a better one.
Seeing the lack of features, customizability, and quality of the most popular public/hosted ticket bots, I have continued to update and support Discord Tickets, adding many new features since the original version.
As of November 2021, it has been installed at least 800 times and over 70,000 tickets have been created with Discord Tickets.
We've used D.T. since the start of 2021 and it's proven itself over the multiple revisions to be a fantastic tool which our users actively use on a day to day basis for support. With category based role access it's a great way for us to allow our community support access to certain areas without letting them gain ticket areas they shouldn't be accessing.
