Love this vertical-specific application of a bot! This is what we need more of...!

🙏 Thanks to @chrismessina for the hunt! Hey PH 👋 @tom_marsh and I have been working on Digsby for the last 18months and we're really excited to be launching here! We've seen the problems guests have keeping track of information sent from hosts about their holiday rentals, and we also know how hard hosts work to get good feedback. Our goal with Digsby is to make the hosts life much easier, at the same time as enhancing the guest's experience. What is Digsby? Digsby helps AirBnb (and other short term rental) hosts provide immediate replies to their guests questions anytime, anywhere. Rather than provide guests with a folder in the property to read or long emails to scroll, Digsby allows guests to ask questions naturally and receive rich responses on their phones. How does Digsby work? Hosts add their property details to the website and then provide their guests with an access code (we provide a printable flyer for the property, an email template and easy ways to copy the required info) or link. Guests simply chat with Digsby through Facebook Messenger, asking the questions they would normally ask the host and getting back instant replies. Digsby has been trained with a lot of phases and questions to make sure that the guests questions are understood. Digsby can answer questions about the property as well as the local area. How can Digsby help? ⌚ Time Digsby saves hosts a lot of time. No need to keep replying to the same questions week after week. 🚀 Speed Guests expect a quick response from hosts. Digsby replies instantly with all the replies the host has set. 🗺️ Rich replies Digsby can reply with maps, website links, text, images and documents to provide the best experience for guests. 💬 Natural language Guests can ask questions using natural language. No need to search for answers, Digsby has been trained on hundreds of phrases. 🧼 Covid safe No need to sanitise a guest book. Guests use their own phones to chat with Digsby. We are excited about the potential of Digsby and have a lot of features planned for the coming months: 🌏 Languages Digsby will be able to integrate with Google translate to automatically provide host information in the guests preferred language - with no effort required from the host 🎬 Video Hosts will be able to provide video replies to questions 📊 Analytics See which queries were the most asked. Find which replies guests liked the most. Great idea. It's always frustrating on the guest side to have to wait for host replies when you're trying to quickly get an answer. Looks like Digsby can help with that.
